The Morassi Quartet have performed at the Lake District Summer Music, Dartington Summer Music, and Berkshire Chamber Music Festivals. Most recently, the Quartet performed a recital at a sold out Elgar Room in the Royal Albert Hall as part of their Classical Coffee Morning series. They also have an international presence after performing at the “Muzyka u Zródel” Festival in Bydgoszcz, Poland in October of 2023. They have also performed regularly at other prestigious venues around the UK including Southwark Cathedral, Brighton Royal Pavilion, The Drill Hall Lincoln, and St. Peter’s Church Stockbridge. Upcoming highlights include performances at ‘Music Coll’ as part of the Tunnell Trust’s study and performance week in the Isle of Coll this summer.

The Quartet have received regular guidance from distinguished chamber musicians Simon Rowland-Jones and Yuri Zhislin. They have also collaborated with world class chamber musicians including members of the Brodsky, Marmen, Sacconi, Barbican and Chiaroscuro Quartets. They are looking forward to participating in a masterclass with Quatuor Ébène in September 2024, as part of the Oxford Chamber Music Festival.

Natasha plays a 1975 Gio Batta Morassi violin, made in Cremona. Katie plays an 1865 Sebastian Vuillaume violin, made in Paris. Toby plays a modern German viola by Wilhelm Brückner. Iza plays a Giovanni Grancino cello from 1721.
